The Insomniax - "How Does Your Garden Grow?"
"How does your garden grow?" The rhetorical question is the title of the new single and accompanying short film from South London Hip Hop group - The Insomniax and artist Johny Mourgue.
The song, a reflective critique of a decade of life under Tory leadership, is the first new music from the duo in some years and is the first new release on their label FAMO international. The accompanying video/short film - directed by Johny Mourgue (Sinead Harnett, Maverick Sabre) is his second collaboration with The Insomniax after working on their ‘Love She Wants’ project with accompanying short film that featured a cameo from Roots Manuva and premiered on Channel 4 as part of the Random Acts series.”
How Does Your Garden Grow' features dramatic performances from a trio of emerging British acting talent. Starring Juel Vas, and co-starring Lloyd Collins and Ricardo Bailey, the film was beautifully shot in London and Paris by cinematographer Henry Gill.
